Unfortunately refunds arent possible due to the non tangible/ non physical nature of the items you are purchasing. Once a digital download has been downloaded there is no way to 'Return' the item and it is for this reason that refunds arent allowed.

If you do have technical troubles with the digital products that you purchased, I will be more than happy to offer you any assistance I can.

As with refunds, due to the digital nature of the items you are purchasing and the fact that you cannot return the item once its been downloaded, exchanges are not allowed.

Your download will be available to you as soon as your payment clears. If you have been waiting for more than 48 hours, please reach out to me with your order number and I will follow it up for you.

Creating digital planners take a lot of time and effort and although I would love to say that I can create or customise the perfect product for each individual, it isn't feasible. Do reach out to me none the less and let me know what you need done, if it isn't a major change and I do have the time, I will definitely attempt to help you out.
